本文以航空发动机叶片常用材料TC11钛合金为基础，采用实验室自行研制的TJU-HJ-Ⅰ型超声疲劳装置，对TC11钛合金薄板对接无余高电子束焊接接头试样进行超声疲劳试验，研究其超长寿命区间的疲劳性能。同时比较TC4与TC17线性摩擦焊接接头的超高周疲劳性能。

采用自行研制的TJU-HJ-Ⅰ型超声疲劳试验装置对5A06铝合金无余高焊接接头在超长寿命区间的疲劳性能进行研究，探究断裂机理；对作为疲劳裂纹源的缺陷进行归类，分别研究不同缺陷对寿命的影响。
本文采用轮廓法测试技术对50 mm厚钛合金电子束焊接接头残余应力进行测量，首先利用线切割方法将焊接构件沿构件沿中截面切开，然后用三坐标测量方法对切割后两个截面几何轮廓进行测量、求和取平均和光滑去噪声处理，最后建立有限元模型，将截面几何轮廓作为边界条件进行线弹性有限元求解获得残余应力分布。
