靶向介导色素上皮源性因子治疗子宫内膜异位症
目的 在大鼠模型基础上,观察PEDF靶向给药对子宫内膜异位病灶生长及新生血管形成相关因子的影响,并比较不同药物载体的效果.方法 建立子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型,并按计算机随机数字法分为5组,根据干预措施的不同分别为:(1)对照组(G1):单纯造模,仅给予生理盐水腹腔注射;(2) PEDF组(G2):直接给予PEDF蛋白(25μg/kg)腹腔注射;(3)给予免疫纳米脂质体包裹的PEDF质粒(G3).

子宫憩室的临床分析
目的 研究分析子宫憩室的临床特点为治疗方式的选择提供依据.方法 回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年1月我院诊治的46例子宫憩室患者的临床资料.结果 子宫疤痕部位憩室组与非子宫憩室组比较,两者疤痕部位肌层厚度的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).患者症状与子宫憩室的大小有关,憩室的长度、宽度差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).不同治疗方式的选择与有无临床症状有关,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).修复
