Scttng foot on the historical thinking looking back to the ecology theoretical research,analysis will be made on the connotation of ecology and ecological method as well as its application in talentology research.In particular,it will make corresponding analysis on the existing background and essence of its application in talentology research.Its aims at illustrating that the ecological method has played a universal adaptive significance on scientific rescarch through the analysis process.On this basis,it promotes and applies the method in depth design of talentology research.Proceeding to the next step,it at tempts to find a breakthrough point for the innovation of the talentology research method.
