　　In this work four different methods are utilized to synthesis Ag/ZnO composites, including the solid phase crystallization method, the precipitation method, the silver mirror reaction method and the hydrothermal method.Theories of these methods are introduced briefly.After considering all information, the precipitation method becomes the best one since Ag powders it generated can match Ag powders used later well.The best Ag+∶ZnO proportion for the precipitation method is 1∶0.1.Besides, two AgZnO electrical contact materials with pure ZnO and Ag/ZnO composites are prepared.It turn out that the one with Ag/ZnO composites has a better property with relative-density as 95.2 %,hardness as 76.5HV and electric conductivity as 36.0 MS/m.These all relate to the micro structure they owning.The pure ZnO one shows as capsules structures and the Ag/ZnO composites one behaves as discontinuous ZnO particle embed in the Ag base.
