　　Human cytochrome P450 (CYP450) is a superfamily of heme-containing mixed-function oxygenases,embedded primarily in the lipid bio-layer of the endoplasmic reticulum of hepatocytes.Recent studies revealed that 59% of drugs cited in ADRs-studies are metabolized by polymorphic phaseⅠenzymes and the cytochrome P450 enzymes account for 86% of the metabolism.
