Dichlorvos, one of the most widely used organophosphate pesticide, is frequently applied in China, thus it is imperative to find a sustainable way to reduce DDV affection on agriculture environment.In this research, we used RNA-seq, qPCRand bioinformatics techniques to screen genes that could be related to dichlorvos tolerance,and find downstream genes that regulated by hex1 for determining the contribution of hex1 regulation in this mechanism.The research offered fundamental knowledge for potential application of Trichoderma in bioremediation of pesticide-polluted environments and lay a foundation for the combined use of Trichoderma with chemical pesticides in IPM system.
