Background To explore the X ray radiation dose from different ways of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT),present a protocol of low radiation exposure.Methods One hundred and fifty-six patients in a single electrophysiology laboratory from June 2013 to October 2013 undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation for PSVT were included and divided into group A and group B stratified by operator.
