本文论及整体叶轮压铸模叶片成型面电解加工的工艺性分析,总结了流场设计、加工参数、工艺装备与操作管理等有关技术措施。作者实现了压铸模型面较高尺寸精度与表面粗糙度的稳定加工,为扩展电解加工工艺在压铸模生产领域中的应用作了初次尝试。
This article deals with the technological analysis of the overall machining of the blade forming surface of the impeller die casting mold and summarizes the relevant technical measures such as flow field design, processing parameters, process equipment and operation management. The author has realized the stable processing of high dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the die-casting mold surface, and made the first attempt to extend the application of the electrolytic processing technology in the die-casting mold production field.
