  Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA)porous scaffolds play an important role in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.In the latest decade,our group has been devoted in the room-temperature fabrication technique,biodegradation and mechanical properties of PLGA porous scaffolds.The lecture will review some progress.
