In the second half of the 20th century a great number of results, formulated in a very simple and useful frequency form.was received in the control theory [1-3].The majority of these results relates to investigation of the system stability, problem for continuous-time and discrete-time systems.But the underlying frequency method works not only in this scope, but in the analysis of the cycles existence for discrete-time systems, as well.
