　　Liposome is a kind of prospective abiotic drug delivery system for cancer treatment.Liposomes facilitate drugs accumulate in tumours,but the Meta-analysis has shown that the efficacy in cancer patients was not different between the first generation liposomal drugs and conventional chemotherapy.
