Perenniporia is a large and cosmopolitan polypore genus, and fungi in the genus have important values in both ecology and economy.Taxonomy and phylogeny of Perenniporia sensu lato in China were carried out.Field investigations, specimens collections and fungal strain isolations of Perenniporia were carried out in different forests from different areas of China, some Perenniporia specimens loaned from other fungal herbaria were also studied.All the materials were identified according to the modern taxonomic system based on macro-and micro-morphological characters, along with ecological habits and rotting types.
