提出了一种新型的、可用于固体热容激光器热管理系统中的线性可控流量阀体的设计方案。通过建立数学模型和用Matlab软件仿真,得出了设计方案。并根据具体的实例,通过理论计算设计出线性工作区间占总的工作区间的80.82%,最大过流面积占外筒圆孔的总面积90.95%的线性可控流量阀体,证明了方案的可行性。
A new design scheme of linear controllable flow valve body which can be used in thermal management system of solid heat capacity laser is proposed. Through the establishment of mathematical model and simulation with Matlab software, the design scheme is obtained. And according to the concrete example, the linear controllable flow rate valve body whose linear work area accounts for 80.82% of the total work area and whose maximum flow area accounts for 90.95% of the total area of the outer cylinder hole is proved theoretically.
