　　Uncontrolled growth and metastasis are two fatal hallmarks of malignant tumors,which represent the dominant challenges for clinical cancer therapy.[1,2] The recent advances in cancer biology has greatly deepened our understanding about cancer progression and metastasis,yet the effective strategies for treatment of metastatic breast cancer is highly desired to simultaneously inhibit the growth and metastasis of breast tumor.
