　　There is an increasing need for improved methods to deliver combination and/or multi-drug therapies to treat malignant tumors.In contrast to other work that takes a start-from-zero approach, we constructed a novel two-in-one liposomal system (TWOLips) assembled from two single drug-loaded liposomes.Our results demonstrated that TWOLips can be prepared via an easy and mild process, through silica coating and incubation with liposomes.
