This experiment was conducted to study the effects of using ripe mesocarp pulp of Palmyra palm as a source of pigment in the diet of layers.A total 200 Isa Brown Layers (47 weeks of age) were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replications.Each group of 1-5 was fed with broken rice-basal diet (BB),control diet (Corn),broken rice with synthetic carophyll yellow (BCY),broken rice with mesocarp pulp of Palmyra palm (BMP) and corn with mesocarp pulp of Palmyra palm (CMP),respectively.
