随着环境污染和能源危机日渐严重，近年来热电材料备受关注[1]。较之无机热电材料，有机热电材料具有柔性、成本低、质轻等优点，引起了人们的极大关注。其中对于p型有机热电材料的研究相对较多，但对于n型热电材料却少有研究[2]。
