A QoS Guaranteed Channel Allocation Algorithm for Cognitive Radios

　　A QoS guaranteed channel allocation algorithm is proposed to avoid interfering with primary users by controlling transmit power of cognitive node.It has been proved that this algorithm can significantly increase the probability of nodes being served within the tolerable delay time, and the spectrum handoff can be avoided.Meanwhile, the interference to primary users can be avoided.
