Moment methods for structural reliability analysis evaluate the failure probability by applying the statistical moments of the performance function,in which the maximum entropy method (MEM) is regarded as the most unbiased estimation for the probability distribution function (PDF) under the moments constraint.In general,many researches are focused on MEM based on the integral moments (MEM-IM),usually the first four statistical moments of mean,variance,skewness and kurtosis.
