引言 精子顶体内含有人类已知的24种酶,其中以透明质酸酶(hyaluronidase,HYD)与受精关系最为密切[3].它不但参与精卵识别,还可使卵丘的颗粒细胞松散,分解放射冠,在顶体蛋白酶及其他酶系的密切配合下,为精卵融合、形成受精卵创造条件[5].因此,测定精子HYD活性是评价精子功能的指标之一[6].有关精子顶体HYD活性的研究大多集中于鱼类、大鼠、牦牛和人类等,而对绵羊精子HYD活性的研究还鲜有报导,因此本实验对绵羊冻融精子顶体HYD活性进行了研究,以期为正确评估精子品质及预测其受精能力提供参考.
