Due to molecular complexity,co-delivery of different agents aiming at various targets is becoming increasingly important to exert different toxicity profiles towards cancer cells. The strategy of codelivery is to maximize the therapeutic effect, overcome drug-resistance as well as decrease side effects [1].Polymer-drug conjugates are widely used drug delivery technologies in which a drug is usually covalently bound to a polymeric carrier, normally via a biodegradable linker. To exert their therapeutic activity, the drugs need to be carefully conjugated onto a polymeric backbone and subsequently be released fiom the carrier at a specific site. The drug release behavior of different drugs such as relative drug release rate and sequential drug release should be well regulated so as to synchronize with disease demand.
