Wheat stripe rust,caused by Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici (Pst),is one of the most destructive diseases on wheat in Gansu province,China.225 monospore strains of Pst were used to analysis the virulence frequency on 51 wheat cultivars,the resistant genes to Pst were known,82 wheat germplasms were also analyzed at seedling stage in greenhouse during 2009-2011.
