In China, the construction of the small towns provides many chances for the Hui-nationality women to attain a broad range of employment space.These women not only continue the traditional production activities and also own new employment ways in the modern China.Through the sense of accomplishment attained from the new positions, the Hui-nationality women gain an improvement on the self-creation ability, self-reliance, self-confidence and self-respect.At the same time, the Hui-nationality women attain an increase in the personal income, making the family life improved well and the development way expanded as well.The Hui-nationality women, who live in the Nagu Town of Tonghai County of Yunnan province, make a very good way of employment at the present time.
