曲轴工序间检测温度补偿的方法探讨

本文针对处于车间现场环境下的工序检测，因环境温度与机床加工温度的差异而导致与生产线最终检测结果出现较大差异的问题，从环境温度变化、等温时间和工艺流程等方面入手，对工序间测量的影响因素进行了系统的分析与数据验证，找出要因并确定温度补偿的过程。提出了以终检机为结果导向，控制工艺等温时间，根据实验数据求出补偿量来确定温度补偿值的解决方案。
