Chiral recognition of amino acid enantiomers are a hot research topic in chemistry,biology and interdisciplinary field[1].Most of the chiral receptors reported have two main drawbacks in their applications: 1) recognition process carry out in an organic solvent,instead of in physiological environments,2) detection instruments are complex,and the signal is far from easy to read.We try to link GaAs with cyclodextrin by covalent bond to develop novel chiral sensors,which can overcome the shortcomings mentioned above.
