Bayberry fruit is a traditional Chinese fruit,and it is usually processed as drink and juice,which produce plentiful pomace as waster.The aim of this assay is to study the dietary fiber content,polyphenolic content,dietary fiber function and antioxidant properties of bayberry pomace from five cultivars (Biqi,Wandao,Dongkui,Dingao,and Zaodamei),which provided a scientific foundation for reutilization.
