Currently,miniaturization technique has been extending from microelectronics to other fields such like chemistry,material science and life sciences and raised a new demand that requires addressing different molecules,materials and building blocks onto designed positions on micron or nanometer scale.In many cases,the number of the types of molecules or materials often extends to hundreds,thousands and even millions and this is still a bigchallenge to conventional miniaturization techniquessuch as photolithgraphy,nanolithography,soft lithography and electron beam etch etc because of their insight limitations.Great efforts have been made during the recentyears to overcome this bottleneck.
