目的：探讨应用Toric人工晶状体植入矫正外伤性白内障合并角膜瘢痕大散光的临床疗效.方法：回顾性分析2014年5月-2015年5月于我院收治的角膜穿孔伤所致瘢痕性大散光(4.0D～9.0D)合并外伤性白内障患者23例(23眼)，瘢痕位于角膜周边部且缝线拆除术后3月的近似规则散光，行"超声乳化吸除联合Toric人工晶体植入术".术后随访3个月，分别观察术后不同时间点术眼的裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力；
