　　PKP holds and PVP is used in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture, can make the patients pain immediately reduced or disappeared, curative effect is distinct, and its clinical value gradually received the recognition from the doctors and patients.But we should also realize the PKP holds and PVP there are still many problems need to be further research.As now the most commonly used PMMA bone cement lack of biological activity, cant degradation, bone combined with PMMA cannot directly, this may be one of the important factors that affect PKP holds with PVP forward curative effect.Bone cement grouting technology is more relying on the experience of the performer, the lack of a method can effectively prevent the leakage of bone cement, etc.We cannot isolate PKP holds and PVP, need more scholars to study further perfect, better relieve patients pain.
