包头恒通三鹿综合商厦采用梁板式筏形基础。基础面积较大,塔楼和裙房之间荷载分布不均匀。塔楼区域采用CFG桩复合地基,裙房区域采用天然地基,局部需要抗浮设计。差异变形控制是地基基础设计中的主要问题。采用变刚度调平思想布置CFG桩复合地基。优化了裙房抗浮设计,取消了抗拔桩,节省了工程造价,减小了差异沉降。采用Plaxis 3D Foundation专业软件进行考虑土-结构共同作用的基础沉降有限元分析。计算结果表明,总沉降变形量和差异沉降均满足规范要求。
Baotou Hengtong Sanlu integrated commercial use of beam plate raft foundation. The larger the foundation area, the uneven distribution of loads between the tower and the podium. The CFG pile composite foundation is used in the tower area, the natural foundation is used in the podium area, and the anti-floating design is required locally. Differential deformation control is the foundation of the design of the main problems. Adopting the theory of variable stiffness leveling to lay CFG pile composite foundation. Optimized podium anti-floating design, lifting the anti-pull pile, saving construction costs and reduce the differential settlement. Plaxis 3D Foundation Professional Software is used to analyze the foundation settlement with soil-structure interaction. The calculation results show that the total settlement deformation and differential settlement meet the specifications.
