响应面法优化超声波提取广东紫珠中总黄酮的工艺研究

  目的 利用超声波法优化广东紫珠总黄酮提取最佳工艺条件.方法 在比较不同的提取方法后,选用乙醇为提取溶剂,超声波法进行提取.通过单因素实验结合响应面法对广东紫珠中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化研究.结果 超声波辅助提取广东紫珠中总黄酮的优化条件为提取溶剂为66%乙醇,料液比1:42,提取时间为44 min;该条件下,总黄酮提取率可达到16.151%.结论 使用响应面法能合理的优化广东紫珠中总黄酮的提取工艺.
