Background and aims The aim of our study was to investigate the contribution of SOCS3 expression-associated miRNA to modulate production of chemokine in intestinal epithelial cells and is associated with the pathogenesis of Crohns Disease. Methods miRNA-SOCS3 pairs were predicted by bioinformatic approaches and alterations of these miRNA-SOCS3 pairs in CD patients were detected by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR).
