Molecular Imaging Center has been established in National Institute of Radiological Sciences in Nov.2005.Since then, our research program, Diagnostic Imaging Program, has been conducting basic, pre-clinical andclinical researches on cancer molecular imaging, including 1) application of molecular imaging for the characterization of various cancers, 2) development of probes for cancer molecular targets and their application for imaging and internal radiotherapy, and 3) development of MRI-based functional/multi-functional probes and application for pre-clinical disease models.
