：
豌豆轻型褪绿病毒(Pea mild chlorosis virus,PMCV)是我们实验室首次在豌豆和蚕豆植株上检测到的一种新病毒,属于黄症病毒科(Luteovidea)马铃薯卷叶病毒属(Polerovirus).

豌豆轻型褪绿病毒(Pea mild chlorosis virus,PMCV)是我们实验室首次在豌豆和蚕豆植株上检测到的一种新病毒,属于黄症病毒科(Luteovidea)马铃薯卷叶病毒属(Polerovirus).PMCV编码产生的P0蛋白是目前该属已报道的编码最大的蛋白,其编码产生271 aa.同马铃薯卷叶病毒属部分病毒编码产生的P0蛋白一样具有基因沉默抑制子的功能.
