　　Objective To retrospectively analyze the expressions of HBME-1, Galectin-3 and 34βE12 in Thyroid nodules, and to explore its diagnostic value for papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC).Method Immunohistochemical technique was performed to detect the expression of HBME-1, Galectin-3 and 34βE12 in 295 thyroid lesions.The receiver operating characteristic area under the curve (ROC-AUC) and their index for diagnosis evaluation were also calculated.
