Radiomic and Clinical Features associated with EGFR Mutation of Exon 19 and 21 in Patients with lung

　　Objectives To evaluate the association between radiomic features and EGFR mutations in exon 19 and 21 in patients with lung cancer.Methods 723 Patients undergoing the chest CT scan and detected for the EGFR gene mutations were included.Statistical analysis was used to evaluate the association of characterizations between EGFR wild types and EGFR-mutated in exon 19 and 21.Results 132 with EGRF mutation in exon 19 was associated with small maximum diameter; female; pleural retraction; absence of fibrosis; in the same way, the features including spiculated margins, subsolid density, no smoking were associated with EGFRmutated in exon 21.Conclusions This study revealed associations between CT features and EGFR mutations in exon 19 and 21.
