批判性思考對護理能力之結構模型評估-南部臨床護理人員之研究

背景：臨床護理人員需要專業的護理能力，而批判性思考能力除了可以增進護理人員解決問題和做決策的能力外，更能提升照護品質。但國內外僅有張(2008)使用皮爾森積差相關檢測出護理能力與批判性思考能力具有顯著性正相關，同時也利用簡單迴歸係數推論出批判性思考能力是護理能力的預測因子，證據顯然較為薄弱。
