本文主要对荥阳县自费医疗者患病的直接费用(患者负担部分)进行分析。资料来源:郑州市荥阳县1988年3月份家庭卫生服务调查资料。每人每年可减少损失3.8元,若乘以全县自费居民52.-2万人,则一年可减少置接经济损失198万多元。可见发展卫生事业同样可以取得显著的社会经济效益,其表现形式为社会经济资源的节约
This article mainly analyzes the direct cost (patient burden part) of the self-funded medical care provider in Puyang County. Source: Survey data on household health services in March 1988 in Zhenyang County, Zhengzhou City. Each person can reduce the loss of 3.8 yuan per year. If they are multiplied by 52,000-22,000 people at the county’s own expense, the economic losses incurred by the resettlement can be reduced by more than 1.98 million yuan a year. It can be seen that the development of health care can also achieve significant social and economic benefits, and its manifestation is the saving of social and economic resources.
