目的：通过丹红注射液上市后安全性再评价研究，探讨其ADR/ADE发生的相关影响因素.方法：采用回顾性巢式病例对照方法，将37家医院参与丹红注射液不良反应集中监测的30888例住院患者的调查资料作为研究队列，发生与丹红注射液相关ADR/ADE的108例患者资料作为病例组，依据成组设计和个体匹配的方法按照1∶4配比选择对照组病例432例，进而分析评价与丹红注射液ADR/ADE发生的相关影响因素.结果：

目的：通过丹红注射液上市后安全性再评价研究，探讨其ADR/ADE发生的相关影响因素.方法：采用回顾性巢式病例对照方法，将37家医院参与丹红注射液不良反应集中监测的30888例住院患者的调查资料作为研究队列，发生与丹红注射液相关ADR/ADE的108例患者资料作为病例组，依据成组设计和个体匹配的方法按照1∶4配比选择对照组病例432例，进而分析评价与丹红注射液ADR/ADE发生的相关影响因素.结果：通过单因素分析成组设计模型中丹红注射液不良反应发生的危险因素，最终进入Logistic回归模型的有性别、个人药物食物过敏史、个人过敏性疾病史、中医辨证、首次使用丹红、用药天数和溶媒种类7项，其分析结果P值均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).单因素分析个体匹配模型中丹红注射液不良反应发生的危险因素，最终进入Logistic回归模型的因素有个人药物食物过敏史、家族过敏史、个人过敏性疾病史、中医辨证、是否首次使用丹红、用药天数、溶媒种类7项.其中，具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)的因素有个人药物食物过敏史、个人过敏性疾病史、中医辨证、用药天数.结论：丹红注射剂发生不良反应的主要影响因素为用药人群，两者相关性较强；尤其是女性用药和有个人过敏史的人群用药临床应给予特别关注.
