In this study, we used a model of intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) which collagenase was injected into the right caudate nucleus of adult male Wistar rats, and immunohistochemical staining.The results from serial sections showed that the numbers of PCNA, GFAP, Tuj-1 and bFGF positive cells increased in subependvmal zone (SVZ) of lateral ventricle after ICH.
