【摘 要】
：
目的 探讨小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(mBMSCs)各亚群在心肌修复中抗凋亡能力的比较.方法 以小鼠心肌干细胞表面分化抗原检测mBMSCs后以CD45、CD31为标准分选得到小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞四个亚群.体外将四个亚群采用无血清低氧(5％)培养,流式检测各组的凋亡率.分别将细胞注入心梗48小时小鼠体内注射后48小时完成心功能测定.

目的 探讨老年隐蔽性高血压患者与白大衣高血压患者血压昼夜节律特点.方法 选择2010年12月～2012年12月在我院查体老年人群543例,根据患者在门诊血压测量结果及动态血压监测结果将所有入选者分为持续高血压组(SH组,156例)、隐蔽性高血压组(MH组,98例),白大衣高血压组(WCH组,89例)和理想血压组(NH组,200例),分析比较不同组别患者血压变异性特点.
