　　Based on the design of driving system and waste heat recovery system,the parallel hybrid-power gas engine heat pump system has been established.In this paper,multi-stage transmisssion ratio is used in the driving system which are respectively 3,2,1.5 under different working modes,and bypass type is used in the heat recovery system.
