Abrasive belt grinding is more efficient method than that of ordinary grinding wheel.Abrasive belt grinding which is called "the cold grinding" is particularly good method in processing stainless steel,titanium alloys and other materials.However,abrasive belt only has a single layer abrasive grain general,which is difficult to keep high efficiency grinding performance in processing stainless steel,titanium alloys and other materials for a long time,such as abrasive belt short life,grinding efficient down,frequent replacement belt and tools and support costs increasing with processing time.So,the belt grinding combination of electro-chemical appears (EMC).ECM is a new processing method that electrolysis electrochemistry effect combines mechanical abrasive belt mechanical grinding to remove the brittle,toughness and hard difficulty processing materials.
