金、銀奈米粒子除了具有優異的導電性之外,亦具有極佳的表面電漿子特性,於光電方面有很大的應用價值.當奈米粒子表面修飾不同分子時,其可以調控所構成的奈米粒子組裝薄膜的光、電特性.例如選擇不同長度的表面分子,可以改變奈米粒子間隙距離及薄膜電阻,使其電性由金屬轉變成絕緣特性.
表面分子對奈米粒子組裝薄膜物理特性之影響
