鹅去氧胆酸代谢在人以及8种动物的种属差异研究
目的：研究鹅去氧胆酸在人以及小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、兔、狗、猪、羊和牛等8 种动物的肝微粒体中代谢物的种属差异.方法：鹅去氧胆酸(CDCA)在人和实验动物的肝微粒体进行孵育.在PH=7.4 的环境下,加入氯化镁、丙甲菌素和肝微粒体在37℃的条件下预孵育5min,再加入CDCA 和尿苷-5′-二磷酸葡糖醛酸三钠盐等试剂启动UGT 酶介导的反应.

基层医院药师规范化培训的教学实践与意义
