Wool is a natural and renewable fibre with grass as its major production input.However, much of the wet processing of wool produces effluents which, in some cases, have significant environmental impact, eg, dyeing and imparting resistance to felting shrinkage and keratin consuming insect larvae.Some innovative dyeing methods for wool with low environmental impact will be described including a novel method of producing two colour, printed-type effects from a single dyebath and new insect-resist treatments with much lower eco-toxicity.

微波表面电阻是超导薄膜重要的参数之一,针对超导薄膜各区域微波表面电阻分布的测试,无论对高温超导薄膜的研究、制备还是应用都具有重要的意义.传统的双端短路介质谐振器测试方法参与谐振的超导薄膜面积较大,且最后得到的是两片超导薄膜微波表面电阻平均值,并不适合表征薄膜表面电阻的分布;而准光腔测试法的工作频率通常在100GHz以上,且为非接触的开敞环境,这对测试仪器和制冷系统的要求颇高.
超导纳米线单光子探测(SNSPD)技术在过去10年间已经发展成为超导电子学的一个重要应用领域,其主要性能指标已经明显超越传统的半导体探测器件.本报告将介绍上海微系统所在SNSPD领域的研究进展.主要包括SNSPD器件研制,器件的性能表征以及系统集成应用(量子通信、测距及成像等).重点探讨SNSPD器件和系统的抖动起源,分析了信号信噪比对系统抖动的影响.
超导单光子探测器具有噪声低、效率高、探测速度快等优点,在量子信息技术领域等具有重要的应用前景.本文在我们已经掌握的超导单光子探测器的核心技术的基础上,通过材料优化和芯片结构优化,研制出高性能的超导单光子探测器器件.
MgB2因其相对较高的临界转变温度(Tc≈39 K)、无晶界弱连接性等优点被认为是制备包括超导纳米线单光子探测器(SNSPD)在内的一系列超导薄膜器件的理想材料.我们采用混合物理化学气相沉积法(HPCVD)在(111) MgO衬底上外延生长了一系列厚度在10nm左右的MgB2超薄膜.
超导纳米线单光子探测器件(SNSPD)是用在超导单光子探测系统中的核心器件.我们成功制各了基于NbN超导超薄薄膜的SNSPD器件.器件核心结构为70 nm宽的纳米曲折线结构,有效面积为15 μm× 15 μm.NbN薄膜是用磁控溅射方法制备在MgO衬底上的,薄膜厚度约10nm.当利用反应离子刻蚀(RIE)法将SNSPD器件的NbN薄膜厚度依次减薄时,发现器件的临界温度和临界电流逐渐减小,而量子效率
相比于传统的MgO衬底上的超导纳米线单光子探测器,硅基衬底上的探测器表现出明显的高探测效率(SDE~70%@100 DCR,1550 nm),高成品率和易于与半导体工艺集成等优点.我们在双面氧化了240 nm SiO2的Si衬底上,沉积了8.5 nm的NbN薄膜,通过紫外曝光、Lift-off、电子束曝光和RIE等标准微纳米加工程序,制备了超导纳米线单光子探测器.探测器的线宽约为100 nm,占空
