本文按四种不同类型客车车体传热系数的计算结果,分析了隔热材料厚度、窗玻璃之间空气夹层厚度、“热桥”及“热桥覆盖区”等因素对车体隔热性能的影响,并对降低车体传热系数、改善车体的隔热性能提出初步建议。
Based on the calculation results of the heat transfer coefficient of four different types of passenger car body, the paper analyzes the influence of the thickness of the heat insulating material, the air interlayer thickness between the glazing, the thermal bridge and the covered area of the thermal bridge, The paper also puts forward some suggestions to reduce the heat transfer coefficient and improve the heat insulation performance of the car body.
