Cancer is a complex disease involved with genomic,epigenomic,and gene expression aberrations.Integrating analysis of cancer genomic and transcriptomic data can help people to explore cancers comprehensively.However,with a large volume of different omics and functional data being detected,there is still a major challenge to identify functional driver mutations or pathways,which are causally implicated in the process of oncogenesis and provide a selection growth advantage,from the so-called passenger mutations that accrue stochastically,but do not contribute to cancer development.
