　　Melanization is an important humoral immune response in the innate immune system of insects.It is mediated by active phenoloxidase generated via prophenoloxidase(proPO)activation system,which consists of a set of serine proteases and terminates with the prophenoloxidase activating proteinases(PAP)that activates phenoloxidase.
