目的:利用药物处理差错概念,对我国中小医院临床药物治疗及使用过程中出现的差错重新认识并防范。方法:对患者在医院门诊治疗、病区住院,药物治疗和使用过程中的差错进行归类和提出防范意见。结果:制度防范、意识防范、措施防范、环节防范等措施,可以避免药物处理差错。结论:对于药物处理差错需要综合措施防范,是医、药、护人员的共同责任。
Objective: To make use of the concept of drug treatment errors to re-recognize and prevent the errors in the course of treatment and use of clinical drugs in small and medium-sized hospitals in our country. Methods: The patients in the hospital outpatient treatment, ward hospitalization, drug treatment and use of errors in the classification and put forward preventive advice. Results: System prevention, awareness prevention, measures to prevent and prevent links and other measures to avoid drug handling errors. Conclusion: The need for comprehensive measures to prevent errors in drug treatment is the common responsibility of the medical, pharmaceutical and nursing staff.
